Staff of the Center consists of owell educated, seasoned professionals. Following are short bios of each of the staff members.

Kelly McIntosh, Executive Director, has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & a Graduate Degree in Counsling. Kelly has a passion for workingin the "helping professions" & dedicates herself to serving our community.

Jackie Howery is the Administrative Assistant. She has over 37 years experience of budget, procurement, and personnel experience with General Electric and the Federal Government. Jackie has lives in the Dillon community since 1965 & has been an active member.

Connie Bauers oversees The Center’s Advocacy and Safe Home Program. She has over 21 years experience in law enforcement, with 14 years specializing in sexual assault and domestic violence, including stalking. Connie was lead detective on the sexual assault and domestic violence task force for 14 years. Connie has attended advanced training courses through the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and was certified as a STAR Instructor for the Small Town and Rural Training Series to teach nationwide. She has attended the Advanced Issues in Domestic Violence Investigations course and the Rural Policing Institute.

Peter Tomaryn is the Mediator. Peter has a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Psychological Foundations of Guidance. He has a Jurist Doctorate Degree and is a member of the California State Bar licensed to practice. Peter has been admitted to practice law in Federal District Courts in California and Illinois. He has practiced law for 30 years in trial advocacy with a specialty in representing police departments, fire departments, and paramedics. He has personally handled over 2,500 litigated matters and has been involved in the trial and/or mediation of over 250 prosecuted cases. He has served as an arbitrator, mediator, and law professor.
