Other Services

The Center facilitates the only 24-hour crisis hotline in Beaverhead and Madison Counties.  We offer an array of services.  Additional services include:

Emergency Supplies/Material Assistance:  We have many donors of a variety of items from clothing to small furniture to toiletries.  These items are then offered to clients in transitional or emergency situations.

Elder Care:  Our staff is dedicated to ensuring public awareness of current scams, especially those affecting elders.  We work with 'gatekeepers", such as postal workers in training them to recognize unusual behaviors that may indicate danger.  For example, if a postal worker notices that an elderly woman living along has left her sprinkler on for two days, this may indicate that something has happened to the woman.  That worker will then alert authorities to do a well-check on the home.

Referrals:  The Center has numerous referrals for crisis situations including mental health issues, financial assistance, language interpreters, and job searching.  If you have a situation that needs attention, The Center may be able to help or show you where you find services needed.
